Judith Ann “Judy” Kile, of the Rockwall/Heath area for 35 years, passed away September 18, 2018, at the age of 70. She was born October 9, 1947, in Caldwell, KS, to Herschel F. and Gertrude L. (Holman) Whaley. Judy graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1965, graduated from Arkansas City Junior College in 1967, and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffield University. She was a hard worker and a wonderful beautician. She enjoyed serving her church, First Baptist of Heath, where she was also the Children’s Director. Known for her radiant personality, Judy was always upbeat and positive. She was a loving wife and sister and a very proud aunt. Judy will be missed dearly and remembered always by all that knew her.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of almost 50 years: Ray Kile; beloved dog: Lucy; brothers: Charles Whaley of Arkansas City, KS, Delbert Whaley and wife Kay of Ulysses, KS, and Larry Whaley of Cleveland, OK; sisters: Mary Cardenas of Lawton, OK, Linda Reazin of Wichita, KS, and Jana Noble and husband Galen of Arkansas City; brother-in-law: Rex Kile and wife Lynda of Dallas, TX; sister-in-law: Darlene Warren and husband Steve of Wylie, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents: Herschel and Gertrude; and brother: David Whaley.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, September 21, 2018, at First Baptist Church, 224 Smirl Drive, Heath, TX 75087, with Pastor Mark Wilburn officiating. Interment will follow at Heath Cemetery. A gathering for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service at the church, beginning at 10:00am.
