    Francisco Javier Elizalde, 69 passed away October 22, 2018 in Houston, TX. Francisco was born December 8, 1948 in Laredo, TX to Jose and Angelica Maria (Villareal) Elizalde. He moved to Houston in January of 1974, as he was looking for ways to provide a better future for himself and his growing family. Francisco attended St. Helen Catholic Church and was a strong man of faith. He enjoyed spending all his time with his six children and eleven grandchildren.     Charles Russel Partain passed away peacefully at his home in Kerens, Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, at the age of 78. Charles was born to a pioneer Texas family in the town of Leonard. He graduated from Tyler High School in 1958 and soon thereafter joined the United States Navy. During his time in the Navy, Charles served on the U.S.S. Sierra and in Project Mercury, the first human spaceflight program of the United States, assisting with recovery operations of the Mercury crews.
