    Eduardo (Lalo) Villarreal passed away on October 15, 2018, at the age of 87. A native of Laredo Texas, he moved to San Antonio in 1957. Eduardo served in the U.S. Army as, Sergeant First Class Paratrooper from 1951-1954. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s University and a Masters in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. He started his professional career with Catholic Charities and went on to work with Bexar County Hospital District, the Office of Economic Opportunity, the National Institute of Mental Health, Director at the Patrician Movement and the Center for Health Care Services.     Humbe “Bert” Donavan was born in Laredo Texas to Francisco and Juana G. Donovan. Humbe graduated from Martin High School where he and his longtime friends formed a band known as the famous “Rondels” in the early sixties.
