Ada Mae (Tarbutton) Hall,78, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, in Mesquite, TX. Ada Mae and her twin brother, Adolphus, were born to Joe Tarbutton and Julia Beatrice Tarbutton (Cobb) on Aug. 2, 1944, in Corsicana, TX. Ada Mae attended G. W. Jackson High School (Class of 1962). She was united in marriage to Tommy Hall, Jr. from 1978-1983. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, brother Adolphus and oldest son Marcus Tarbutton. She is survived by her siblings, Michael Tarbutton, twin brothers Donald and Ronald Tarbutton, Bobby Joe Tarbutton (Cindy), Carl Tarbutton (Yolanda), Beatrice Tarbutton-McKinney (Herman), and Robert Tarbutton (Wanda “Kay”); Her children, JoElla Tarbutton-Springfield, David Tarbutton “Ralph”, Jesse Tarbutton (Brad), Regina Johnson (Willie), Jerry Tarbutton (Nicole), and step-daughter Jennifer Hall. ; Her grandchildren, Lakischa Scheree ( Diggles) Fortson, Adrienne Costello Dawes, Victoria Johnson Lackey (Reece), Jerry Johnson, Kennedy Tarbutton; Her great- grandchildren Nicholas Diggles Fortson and William Marcus Lackey. Well-loved by so many, Ada Mae will be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members. We will commemorate her life on November 19th at the Martin Luther King Community Center in Corsicana, TX from 12-3 p.m. Guests are welcome to bring flowers to the repast.
