Mr. Ramos is preceded in death by his parents Pablo and Dolores Ramos; siblings, Felix Ramos and Maria del Jesus Blasco. Left to cherish his memory are his children Angelina Ramos, Jose Luis Ramos Jr., and Maria Isabel Ramos (Juan Cortes); siblings, Amelia Vallejo, Fernando (Arcelia) Ramos, Dolores (Juan) Cantu, Maria Felix Martinez, and Guadalupe Ramos. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.     Randy passed away peacefully at the age of 63 on the morning of July 7th, 2019 at St. David’s Heart Hospital of Austin, Texas. He is being welcomed into heaven by his beloved parents: Charles (Chuck) Norman and Lorraine Fansler. Randy was born in Laredo, Texas and lived there until Austin, Texas became his home in 1995.
